Most ladies do their own hair because the wind in Aruba is extremely strong and hair styles tend to not cooperate and can last a matter of minutes once you step out of the car depending on your hair type and style.
The majority of photos are taken from a distance to capture the full effect of the dress "flying" so professional makeup is not always necessary but of course you are welcome to hire a professional hair and makeup artist if you wish to go the extra mile if this makes you feel more confident and you would like some close up shots as well as the shots taken from a distance.
